Hey everyone,  so yeah this is the final leg of the semester, and then we get to rest for the new amazing things that God has in store for us next year…..

But, we dont want to loose site of what is still happening here in Granada.  We have finished with most of our ministry and we have packed up alot of our stuff so that we are ready for the flight home and our move outof the house, that is what is going on right now. This next week we will be on an island working at an orphanage on lake Nicaragua. It will be a nice change of pace and location for the team. As far as we know, we will not have internet and will not have time to do much other then ministry, but I think that we will have a good time there and do lots of stuff to help them.  I  dont know when we are getting back but I think that it will be like the 17th…….

I was really sad to say goodbye to my friends at Hogar Crea, it was not for good but it was still hard. I see them every week and sometimes more… I hope that I see some of them on the street before we leave.

I have very much enjoyed the book that we have been reading (Searching for God Knows What); it gave me a more open view on the different aspect of God’s relationships with his children.  I can honestly say that I want to read the rest of the  next  chapter……. that is really BIG for me, i am not a God book reading person…….

I am not vary good at writing blogs and I think the name is weird, but I do it for my friends and family so I ask that,if there is anything you would like to know about, please tell me in the comment box and i will fit it in to my next post……

  1. Hi Caleb! Wow, it’s great to hear of God working in and through and around you. He’s answering prayer! We will continue to pray as you travel to a new place and touch more people with his love. We are looking forward to seeing you when you get home!
    Love and continued prayers,

  2. Caleb-

Don’t underestimate the value of your blogs. There have been many times when I’m missing Joe like nothing else and then your blog comes out -usually you’re the first of the boys to write the blogs, and I feel comforted by just the way you let us know the things that are going on in the group. Your passion for your work at Hogar Crea is inspiring, and your devotion toward God is a real lift for me to read about.

I will pray that God leads and directs you as you choose how you will serve Him in January.

  3. Ditto to what Joe’s mom wrote! It is so encouraging to read each blog by every team member; each one has a different perspective & different stories to tell or the same story in a different way. Thank you for each one of your blogs; I always look forward to reading what you write!

Our prayers go with you as you rest & renew over Christmas break…

  4. Good to hear you’re getting into reading. 🙂 Never ever stop writing in your blog, it is the only way i can keep up with you right now! Not to mention, if you stopped your blog i would have no idea what happened to any of my friends cause I can’t get a hold of Austen and Heidi too often, so, keep writing Caleb! I’m very proud of you. 😀 See you when you get back.
